What's My Theme?

Now that I decided to go back to photography, I will have to decide the theme for my involvement. I've never had a theme before and what I sawthru my camera lens are varied. I shoot close-ups, sceneries, sunsets, plants, women etc., etc., etc. whatever that comes into my path. 

To be more profesional of course I have to have a theme for my hobby and till now I still have not made up my mind. Maybe I will still stay with whatever comes attitude. 

Is D40 OK For A Start?

I went out to LowYat browsing for a DSLR camera that I am intending to buy for a rebirth of my photography hobby.  At Low Yat I saw andinquire about a Nikon D40 and read about the product at Nikon website. Maybe I will buy that model for a start and hope to get some feedback from veteran photographers and camera enthusiast.  

Of course my budget is around RM 1500 and that D40, I saw at Low Yat cots less than that.

Returning To Photography

Today 30th December 2008 I start this blog to cater everything about photography. I am not a professional photographer but take this as a hobby. I will post poctures taken through my camera lens and hope will get response and feedback from readers. I don't mind negative feedbacks because whatever I get is always a new knowledge to me. 

I started photography in the 60s with a box camera which if I am not mistaken just cost me less than RM 20.00. Then I proceed buying new cameras until I graduated to an SLR in the 80s. I left a vacuum in photography a few years after that until I started blogging the interest in photography has return. 

Now I am thinking of buying another Digital SLR.
